  I would prefer to have no stars lit if I could but unfortunately one is as low as this rating goes. If you are truly serious about buying a property in the La Marina area then please please save yourself some time and grief and go next door the SMART PROPERTIES. We have unfortunately had dealings with a few estate agents in this area but none as awful as Watsons. If you want to be pressured and hounded constantly for 3 days solid on leaving a sizeable deposit without a contract in place then Watsons is for you. If you are looking for an estate agent that truly does want the business then go and see Carole at Smart, she makes these guys look like total amateurs. We are now at the final stages of our purchase with Smart and we could not be happier.
